Since 1971, The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) consisting of Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland and the federal government, has been a compact commission which was designed by the Susquehanna River Basin Compact.  The main function of the commission is to maintain the water resources in the Susquehanna River.  This includes restoration and preservation of fisheries, wetlands, flood reduction, controlling the water utilization and removal, appropriation of water to the member states, as well as the security of the water quality.  Recently Labscape was selected to provide wood laboratory casework with phenolic resin tops.  Wood casework provides flexibility and can be easily moved if needed.  Phenolic resin tops are durable and able to tolerate chemicals or toxins and come in a variety of colors, shapes and configurations making them an excellent choice.
