Labscape recently attended and exhibited at the NSTA (National Science Teachers Association) Conference held in Philadelphia. This year’s conference theme was “Revolutionary Science, bringing the spirit of American ingenuity and dedicated focus to the science education area with three strands”:
1. Revolutionizing Engineering for the Future
2. Integrating Literacy Strategies to Revolutionize Pre-K–12 Science Instruction
3. Technology: Teaching Revolutionary Science in the Digital Age
These themes reinforce the need for school science labs to be current with today’s learning environments. The most common set up for a school science lab features the combination of a classroom and a laboratory. This arrangement provides the students with the space needed to observe the teacher during demonstrations, while the actual laboratory equipment for the students is located in the back or at the sides of the classroom.
With a tremendous emphasis being placed on STEM teaching, our product line also features the STEM Mobile Lab Table. This table is designed to accommodate Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics – each of these fields are intertwined and affect every component of our everyday lives.
Labscape’s extensive design capabilities and selection of lab furniture can meet all the needs of today’s modern school science labs. Our products are made of the highest quality materials to ensure durability and high performance to exceed daily challenges.
